We want you to be fully satisfied with your Drippy Duck socks.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Our socks are one size fits most; however, comfort and fit may vary slightly from person to person.

Please email us at support@drippyduck.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the return process.
All returns are shipped via USPS.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email regarding approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
